It has been long time since I last wrote my journal on 22nd August when I was in Thailand. Well, now that I'm writing something that is happening in the last few months. Few months are bloody hell happening, I tell you!
As you all already know I've been studying Training And Assessment course for six months. Well, I've passed all assessments and now I've been looking for a job since then. I've applied few jobs at different TAFE and most of them have put up my name in their list. I won't be able to know WHEN (damn it, you employers!) is the interview comes. This drives me mad when I need it the most.
Oh, oh, oh! Most important of them all! Oh yes, important! I FINALLY GOT AUTODESK PROGRAM!!!! *drum drum drum* I've got 3D Studio Max, Maya, MotionBuilder, MudBox, SoftImage and SketchBook Pro. I have my knowledge in 3DSMAX but I gotta learn about Maya and it's very tricky program. Even I got the tutorial book and it's still goddamn tricky! Yet, I'm enjoying the programs so far and of course I had to buy Windows 7 via Parallels for Rex. Rex seems to be exhausted in having so much programs. The Autodesk and Adobe programs plus all the other Mac programs. Poor boy, Rex, but y'know I still love you. Mwah!
Now onto something else.... I've had a talk with my Employment Officer, Rhonda, who used to be my Auslan intepreter years ago at high school about the new job that recently released a while ago. It's a job called "Auslan Officer" which I think it means Auslan teacher. When I told Rhona that I didn't want to work for DEN (Deaf Education Network) because there is so many people I already know who works there and it's very small community but my preference to work outside because I would get mix with different kind of people and get to know people than the ones I've already know. But Rhonda encouraged me to apply because I needed the experience in working so I had thought about it for a couple of days and well... Woot! And the deadline for the applying was last Friday so I made in time.
Up until recent Monday I received SMS from John O'Neill to inform me about the interview on Thursday 17th 3.30PM and I was excited about it. Now I need to prepare everything!!! I really NEED that job and to achieve it, I must say it honestly and openly to the interviewer about the job. Gimme your good lucks and wish me all the best. I hope something will turn around to the right track but all I just need good spirits within me.
Okay, that's about it and let's hope something is boosting up!
